Colli Transport Solution is een dynamisch transportbedrijf waar flexibiliteit, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Om onze dagelijkse werking verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en veelzijdige allround administratief bediende met kennis van facturatie.

Jouw takenpakket

Als allround administratief bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze dagelijkse werking. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

· Facturatie: opmaken, controleren en verwerken van verkoopfacturen.

· Controleren van transportopdrachten, tarieven en bijbehorende documenten vóór facturatie.

· Opvolgen van administratieve dossiers en klantgegevens.

· Ondersteunen van de transportplanning en de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten.

· Telefonisch en via e-mail contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en leveranciers.

· Opvolgen van ontbrekende documenten en gegevens die nodig zijn voor de facturatie.

· Verwerken en controleren van gegevens in onze administratieve systemen.

· Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van de zaakvoerder en het team.

· Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen administratie, planning, chauffeurs en klanten.

Wij zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, initiatief neemt en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.

· Je hebt ervaring in algemene administratie en bij voorkeur ook in facturatie.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.

· Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en administratieve financiële processen.

· Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert goed binnen een team.

· Je bent communicatief, klantvriendelijk en oplossingsgericht.

· Je kunt vlot overweg met Microsoft Office en administratieve software.

· Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.

· Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.

· Ervaring in de transport- of logistieke sector is een pluspunt.

· Je bent flexibel en kunt prioriteiten stellen.
