Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Operations suchen wir an unseren Standort Frankfurt oder Stuttgart ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (w/m/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

Das ist Deine Aufgabe

  • Als Mitglied unseres Operations-Teams wirkst Du aktiv an der Gestaltung der Zukunft von Colliers mit und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen bei.
  • Du unterstützt bei der operativen Umsetzung der Konzernstrategie und Implementierung von neuen Systemen, und arbeitest aktiv an der Unternehmenstransformation mit.
  • Du führst Analysen und Research zur Rentabilität und betrieblichen Effizienz durch.
  • Du unterstützt die Einführung KI-gestützter Lösungen und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer operativen Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie regelmäßigen Transformationsberichten.
  • Du bereitest klare, sachgerechte Entscheidungsvorlagen für das deutsche Managementboard vor, wobei Researchaufgaben und die Aufbereitung von Daten und KPIs Teil Deiner Aufgaben sind.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du befindest Dich derzeit im Studium (mind. 4 abgeschlossene Semester), idealerweise mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung oder Unternehmensberatung
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch mit und hast Freude daran, Dich proaktiv mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auszutauschen, auch auf Führungsebene. Dabei arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse, weitere IT-Kenntnisse wie beispielsweise der Umgang mit KI-Tools von Vorteil
  • Hohes Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Analysestärke zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Deine Arbeitstätigkeit und bist ein Teamplayer
