Deine Aufgaben: - Du leitest fachliche Fertigungsprojekte und trägst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Anlagen, Prozessen und Fertigungshilfsmitteln - Du setzt technische Anpassungen an bestehenden Produktionssystemen um, betreust diese und optimierst sie stetig - Du stellst ein effizientes, stabiles und modernes Produktionsumfeld sicher - Du planst, konstruierst und realisierst Fertigungshilfsmittel, Vorrichtungen und Prototypen - Du erstellst technische Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle - Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Engineering, Qualität und weiteren internen Schnittstellen zusammen - Du leitest oder unterstützt technische Verbesserungs-, Optimierungs- und Innovationsprojekte

Perspektivisch: . Du übernimmst internationale Projekte im Bereich Bandgalvanik und bist bereit für weltweite Einsätze

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Polymechaniker, Schlosser oder Maschinenbauer
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld und Erfahrung im Bereich Projektleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD (z. B. SolidWorks, Inventor oder ähnliche Programme)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und die Motivation, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten
  • Kreativität und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ein strukturiertes, methodisches Vorgehen und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig sowie im Team zu arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen und Motivation, sich in den nächsten 2–3 Jahren zum Projektleiter für Bandgalvanik weiterzuentwickeln
