The posting

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • Het verhelpen van storingen en uitvoeren van reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, sanitair, verlichting, meubilair/inventaris, hang- en sluit­werk, (reparatie­)schilderwerk, groenvoorziening en buitenterreinen;
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke schoonmaakwerkzaamheden volgens planning Softijs en milkshakemachines
  • Het verrichten van standaard controles en inspectie volgens vastgestelde controlelijsten;
  • Het schakelen in en met de Servicedesk en leveranciers bij grotere reparaties en coördineren van de werkzaamheden;
  • Veel contact met collega’s van verschillende KFC restaurants en externe leveranciers zowel telefonisch, per mail als face to face.

Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn Collins Foods, de grootste franchisenemer van KFC in Nederland. Op dit moment hebben we 63 restaurants in Nederland en 24 restaurants in Duitsland. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam. Met een toegewijd team van 90+ medewerkers zijn we er trots op dat we cruciale ondersteuning bieden aan meer dan 3000+ collega's verspreid over heel Nederland. In deze rol ga je aan de slag als Allround onderhoudsmedewerker KFC regio Rotterdam bij verschillende KFC restaurants in Regio Rotterdam. Je zult in deze rol dus vooral veel auto rijden en de restaurants bezoeken!

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt vakmanschap en technische kennis op het gebied van elektra, afbouw, timmerwerk, etc;
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en bereid om fysiek werk te verrichten;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je hebt een servicegerichte instelling, waarbij je alert reageert op verzoeken en denkt in oplossingen;
  • Je bent flexibel aangezien je werkzaamheden nooit helemaal te voorspellen zijn;
  • In deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid, waarbij een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel belangrijk is;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Wij bieden je salaris (tussen de 2500 euro en 3000 euro bruto per maand) op basis van kennis en ervaring volgens de Horeca CAO o.b.v. een 38-urige werkweek;
