Purpose of the job

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our global team and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, ensuring that product outcomes deliver measurable value at scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition with solid technical depth, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams to shape solutions, define clear requirements, and contribute to technical design discussions. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment, working seamlessly with stakeholders across regions, cultures, and time zones.

This role requires a leader who is highly structured and data-driven, with a strong focus on customer needs and business outcomes. You will play a key role in aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision, translating complex challenges into clear priorities, and ensuring successful execution from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company objectives.

• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

• Work directly with development teams on technical requirements, product architecture discussions, integrations, APIs, dependencies, and delivery planning.

• Translate complex business and operational needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams and stakeholders.

• Drive product discovery, user research, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early to support efficient execution.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in global or enterprise environments.

• Strong technical background with experience working directly with software engineering teams.

• Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, technical dependencies, and software development processes.

• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and user stories.

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed global teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-player mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.

• Bi-lingual (US English, and Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese)

• Comfort working across global and virtual teams, with an appreciation for regional nuance and cultural dynamics.

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital product ecosystems.

• Previous experience in technical roles such as Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.

• Experience working with cloud-based systems, integrations, or platform products.

• Experience leading products across multiple markets or regions.

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

What we value

• Collaboration and teamwork

• Technical curiosity and continuous learning

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
