Join Colonial Chevrolet of Acton as a Sales Team Member, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales. Located in Acton Ma, this position offers a competitive salary and bonus range of $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, paid weekly, with opportunities for growth and development within a trusted automotive Company. We are looking for someone who can be part of an already great established team, and that has the drive to become a top producer.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance on available models and financing options.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Colonial Chevrolet product lineup and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
