Define and maintain a practical enterprise data architecture and phased roadmap, choosing the right Microsoft Fabric capabilities for each use case, including OneLake, lakehouses, warehouses, pipelines, notebooks, and semantic models.

Build, test, and deploy the first production Fabric solutions, including data ingestion and transformation, reusable data models, source control, release practices, and production monitoring.

Create workable standards for data integration, modeling, governance, metadata, lineage, quality, retention, access, security, recovery, monitoring, and cost management. Work with business and IT leaders to clarify data ownership and stewardship.

Integrate Penta Software and other enterprise systems to support reliable reporting, self-service analytics, and future business needs. Track platform reliability, data quality, adoption, and business value, then improve the capability over time.

Maintain clear documentation of systems, data flows, models, standards, roadmaps, and architecture decisions. Explain technical tradeoffs in terms stakeholders can use and protect confidential company and employee information.

You should have:

Hands-on experience building and deploying data solutions, including integration and transformation, testing, source control, release practices, and production support or monitoring.

Strong knowledge of data architecture and modeling, governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, security, access controls, and enterprise integration, with the ability to translate business needs into technical priorities.

Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Azure data services, or similar cloud platform experience preferred. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, relevant certifications, and experience integrating enterprise systems are valued.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
