A day in the life:

  • Coordinate safety programs, training, documentation, and compliance activities across the organization.
  • Maintain safety, incident, workers' compensation, training, and compliance records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support workers' compensation claims, incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting.
  • Track open action items, deadlines, renewals, and corrective actions, ensuring follow-through and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with field teams, managers, HR, insurance providers, medical providers, customers, and other partners to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Review documentation for completeness and consistency, identifying missing information, potential compliance concerns, and other red flags before they become a problem.
  • Administer safety-related systems, customer compliance portals, and learning management programs.

You should have:

  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably supporting safety, workers’ compensation, claims management, compliance, construction, human resources, or a related function.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional education in business administration, safety, human resources, risk management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with employees, managers, customers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect information, recognize issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
