O que você vai fazer:

  • Coordenar e acompanhar as negociações e contribuir para a conversão de oportunidades de vendas;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para impulsionar as vendas e alcançar as metas estabelecidas;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, metas, funil de vendas e produtividade comercial;
  • Apoiar, orientar e engajar os corretores, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe;
  • Identificar oportunidades de negócio e fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes e imobiliarias parceiras;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho das ações comerciais e propor melhorias contínuas.
  • Atuar como elo entre áreas internas, parceiros e equipe comercial, assegurando alinhamento estratégico e operacional.

Requisitos:

  • CRECI ativo;
  • Experiência com vendas, preferencialmente no mercado imobiliário;
  • Perfil comercial, proatividade e foco em resultados.
