The posting

Would you like to plan and execute clinical studies for a market leader within the medical device industry? And do you want to provide evidence to support products that make a real difference to people with intimate health care needs?

Become part of a specialist community

At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join 9 colleagues in the Clinical Execution team in Clinical & Medical Affairs - Payers & Evidence.

We plan and execute clinical investigations within our Chronic Care and Wound Care portfolio.

Ensure the optimal clinical investigations

As an Associate Clinical Manager, you will, under guidance, take part in the planning, management, and execution of clinical investigations, becoming involved in the entire process from study start to completion.

To facilitate studies, you will collaborate and build great working relationships with relevant external health care professionals and hospital departments. Ultimately, your work will help provide some of the solutions doctors and nurses need to deliver the best possible care and treatment.

More specifically, you will:

• Contribute to the development of clinical investigation plans and study-related materials and assist with budget forecasting

• Support site identification, investigator qualification, selection, and training activities

• Support the process of obtaining approvals from health authorities and ethics committees

• Assist in monitoring and coordinating field monitors and contract research organisations

• Help ensure patient recruitment remains on track

• Prepare, maintain, and archive sponsor and investigator site files

• Support the planning and oversight of study material packaging to maintain accountability throughout the investigation

You should expect approximately 20 travel days per year to monitor studies, visit hospitals and consult with medical staff both in Denmark and internationally.

Experience with clinical trials and strong stakeholder management skills

What you bring:

• Hold a degree within life sciences, applied sciences, nursing or similar

• Have experience with clinical investigations of medical devices or pharmaceuticals

• Are familiar with the guidelines and directives within clinical research

• Possess project management proficiency and can stay on budget

• You are fluent in spoken and written English

As you gradually take on increasing responsibility within clinical investigations, it is important that you have a structured approach to your work and the ability to keep activities moving forward.

Your strong interpersonal skills help you build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues, investigators, and external partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
