Wie zijn wij?

Coloriet ondersteunt ouderen in elke levensfase, met persoonlijke aandacht en deskundigheid. Daarom sluiten we aan bij wat iemand zelf kan, wil en belangrijk vindt. Wij zorgen mét mensen. Met meer dan 1400 cliënten en hun familieleden, ruim 1400 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers geven wij samen kleur aan een waardevol leven. Thuis, in de wijk of op één van onze locaties in Biddinghuizen, Dronten, Lelystad, Swifterbant of Zeewolde.

Wie ben jij?

Mensen in hun eigen huis zorg en voorlichting geven, elke keer in een andere thuissituatie, dat is het werk waar jij enthousiast van wordt. Jij bent een stevige persoonlijkheid, die met humor, enthousiasme en respect voor de bewoners en collega’s het werk doet. Jij denkt in kansen en uitdagingen en hecht veel waarde aan samenwerking. Wat ga je doen?

Jouw werk is geen “rondje routes draaien”. Je komt bij mensen thuis en ziet van dichtbij wat zij nodig hebben om hun zelfstandigheid te behouden. De ene dag verzorg je een wond of dien je medicatie toe, de andere dag signaleer je veranderingen en denk je mee over een passende oplossing. Wij vinden het belangrijk om uit te gaan van de wensen van onze cliënt. Je verricht zowel begeleidende, verzorgende als verpleegtechnische handelingen die er aan bijdragen dat de cliënt zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kan wonen. Kortom een leuke en uitdagende baan waarin veel mogelijkheden zijn om door te groeien en je te ontwikkelen! Ook als jij student Verzorgende IG bent nodigen wij jou van harte uit te reageren.

Wat vinden wij belangrijk:

  • Je bent een enthousiaste verzorgende met passie voor je vak;
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde zorgopleiding niveau 3;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep somatiek of PG;
  • Een goede nachtrust: bij de voorkomende diensten zijn geen nachtdiensten deze doen wij in samenwerking met de regionale nachtdiensten;
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen binnen je vak.

Wij bieden:
