Vi søger en erfaren og ansvarlig chefkok til vores restaurant med speciale i indisk og pakistansk køkken.

Som chefkok får du det daglige ansvar for køkkenet og bliver en vigtig del af restaurantens drift. Vi søger en person, der har solid erfaring med autentisk indisk og pakistansk madlavning og kan sikre høj kvalitet i både madlavning og køkkendrift.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Ansvar for den daglige drift af køkkenet
  • Tilberedning og anretning af autentiske indiske og pakistanske retter
  • Planlægning og koordinering af køkkenets arbejde
  • Sikre ensartet høj kvalitet og smag
  • Varebestilling og kontrol af råvarer
  • Oplæring og koordinering af køkkenpersonale
  • Sikre god køkkenhygiejne og overholdelse af fødevaresikkerhedsregler
  • Udvikling og tilpasning af retter og menuer
  • Sikre effektiv arbejdsgang i køkkenet

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har flere års erfaring som kok/chefkok
  • Har solid erfaring med indisk og pakistansk køkken
  • Har godt kendskab til traditionelle retter, krydderier og tilberedningsmetoder
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
  • Har gode lederegenskaber og kan motivere køkkenteamet
  • Kan arbejde struktureret og bevare overblikket i travle perioder
  • Er mødestabil, fleksibel og kvalitetsbevidst
