Housekeeper | The Inn at Abeja (Seasonal)

Set in the rolling foothills of the Blue Mountains, just minutes from downtown Walla Walla, The Inn at Abeja is a beautifully restored, century-old farmstead surrounded by 49 acres of creeks, gardens, and vineyards. Our private guest cottages and suites, carefully renovated from the property’s original outbuildings, combine antique charm with rustic country style, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and elegant amenities. Guests enjoy both the property’s rich history and the modern comforts that define a luxurious wine country retreat. We are looking for a seasonal Housekeeper who takes pride in creating warm, inviting spaces and delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team, we would love to meet you.

The Brass Tacks

Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous service to every guest Maintain all guest accommodations to Inn-specific standards of cleanliness and presentation Clean, restock, and prepare assigned accommodation during each shift to ensure a flawless guest experience Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies for efficiency and accessibility Inspect rooms and promptly report any damage, maintenance needs, or missing items Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, both indoors and outdoors Participate actively in staff meetings and mandatory training sessions Warmly greet and engage with guests, enhancing their stay Support the team and complete additional tasks assigned by the Innkeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or Operations Manager

The Nitty Gritty

Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude Team-oriented and willing to go above and beyond to support colleagues and guests
