  • Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Support the evolution of Columbia's Marketing Technology capabilities, including customer data platforms, CRM technologies, marketing automation, and consumer engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to successfully implement and maintain critical business capabilities.

YOU ARE

  • An effective communicator who can translate technical concepts into business conversations.
  • Skilled at influencing outcomes across teams, functions, and organizational boundaries.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while helping teams make progress and deliver results.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional consumer experiences through technology.

YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience leading software delivery teams in a complex technology environment.
  • Experience supporting Marketing Technology, CRM, customer engagement, consumer data, personalization, loyalty, or marketing automation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support consumer acquisition, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architectures.
  • Experience facilitating delivery across multiple technical disciplines and balancing competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Proven experience developing engineers and other technology professionals while building high-performing teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
