Você será o elo entre a gestão, a supervisão e as equipes de campo, ajudando a liderança a tomar decisões com base em dados.Se você acredita no poder da energia para transformar o mundo, vem fazer parte do nosso time💚 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSEU PAPEL NA COMBIO Elaborar e manter atualizado o plano de manutenção preventiva e preditiva dos ativos da planta. Programar ordens de serviço junto à supervisão de manutenção, definindo prioridade, recursos e prazo de execução. Controlar o backlog de ordens de serviço, garantindo priorização adequada e visibilidade para a liderança. Analisar histórico de falhas e indicadores de manutenção (MTBF, MTTR, backlog) e propor ajustes no plano. Emitir relatórios periódicos de desempenho da manutenção. Gerenciar o cadastro de ativos, planos de manutenção e listas de materiais no sistema. Interagir com almoxarifado e suprimentos para garantir a disponibilidade de peças críticas antes da execução. Apoiar o planejamento de paradas programadas e as análises de causa raiz de falhas recorrentes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOS Experiência em planejamento, preferencialmente de manutenção industrial. Vivência em programação e acompanhamento da execução de atividades junto a equipes operacionais. Excel e PowerPoint em nível intermediário a avançado. Desejável formação técnica ou superior em Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou áreas correlatas. Desejável experiência com indicadores de manutenção, planejamento de paradas e análise de causa raiz.
