Sobre a função

Você irá apoiar o analista FVC, assegurando a excelência operacional e o alcance dos resultados de ativação, reativação e engajamento da nossa base de revendedores. Será o ponto de apoio confiável, tanto de forma presencial no Espaço do Revendedor (ER) quanto por atendimento remoto, solucionando com agilidade e simpatia todas as demandas relacionadas a pedidos, entregas, trocas, devoluções, cadastros, desbloqueios, cupons e questões financeiras.

Além disso, vai colaborar diretamente com o sucesso das campanhas e ações comerciais, produzir conteúdo de divulgação e manter a Analista de FVC sempre atualizada sobre o andamento da base, contribuindo para que a estratégia funcione na prática.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atendimento presencial no Espaço do Revendedor e suporte remoto aos revendedores
  • Divulgar campanhas de incentivo e impulsionar a ativação e reativação da base
  • Acompanhar e atualizar cadastros no sistema de controle interno
  • Conferir conformidade de pedidos, informar prazos, rotas e status de entrega
  • Tratar trocas, devoluções, avarias, cancelamentos e transferências de franquias conforme políticas
  • Resolver questões financeiras, desbloqueios e problemas com cupons abrindo e acompanhando chamados nos canais competentes
  • Acompanhar tombamento de inícios e reinícios, atualizando informações para a FVC
  • Apoiar campanhas, criar conteúdos e vídeos de divulgação do Espaço do Revendedor
  • Participar de treinamentos e manter-se atualizado(a) pelos canais de comunicação do Grupo e da Indústria
