Principais Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar o atendimento ao cliente O Boticário pela equipe da loja e do Atendente Virtual.
  • Reforçar os diferenciais dos produtos O Boticário, enfatizando suas especificações.
  • Gerir indicadores e acompanhar as alavancas de vendas conforme metas mensais.
  • Buscar resultados que potencializem o faturamento da loja.
  • Acessar plataformas internas para extrair resultados e sugerir ações para vendas futuras.
  • Captar novos clientes através de ações no comércio local.
  • Garantir a fidelização dos clientes e o acompanhamento de cadastros nos clubes de vantagens.
  • Acompanhar serviços de MAKE e BOTIK adquiridos pelos clientes.
  • Gerenciar o processo de trocas de produtos e garantir a precificação correta.
  • Assegurar o fechamento do caixa e a organização da loja.
  • Participar de inaugurações e eventos de capacitação.
  • Realizar recrutamento, seleção e acompanhar o desempenho de novos colaboradores.
  • Planejar e delegar atividades da equipe, estimulando o engajamento.
  • Gerir o processo de balanço (inventários) e comunicar irregularidades à Diretoria.

Diferencial:

Ser presente no salão de vendas, acompanhando e orientando a equipe de forma próxima. Liderança marcada pela firmeza na gestão e pela sensibilidade no trato humano.

Requisitos

  • Formação: Ensino Superior Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins. Diferencial especialização na área Comercial.
  • Experiência: Mínima de 1 ano como Gerente, Coordenador(a) ou Supervisor(a) na área Comercial.
  • Conhecimentos: Legislação trabalhista, gestão de processos e pessoas, gestão de indicadores de performance.
