Por isso estamos buscando no mercado um (a) profissional Gerente de Centro Automotivo, altamente qualificado(a) e comprometido(a), com sólida experiência em gerenciamento de rotinas de loja, dinâmico, comprometido e com foco em resultados!!! Para atuar nas regiões:

  • Santana do Parnaíba

Responsabilidades:

- Gerenciar a operação diária da loja (abertura, fechamento, caixa, controle financeiro, emissão de notas fiscais);

- Planejar, organizar e controlar rotinas comerciais (vendas no varejo e atacado de pneus e serviços automotivos);

- Realizar e acompanhar vendas, incluindo pós-venda e follow-up com clientes;

- Supervisionar e liderar a equipe de atendimento, vendas e serviços técnicos;

- Elaborar escalas de trabalho, metas e planos de ação para a equipe;

- Realizar controle de estoque, inventários periódicos e programação de compras;

- Utilizar sistemas informatizados para cadastro de produtos, emissão de notas fiscais e controle de pedidos;

- Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões da marca Goodyear e políticas internas da empresa;

- Zelar pelo bom atendimento ao cliente e ambiente da loja.

Requisitos:

- Desejável experiência no setor automotivo (varejo e atacado de pneus);

- CNH válida e disponibilidade de horário;

- Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão comercial;

- Habilidade com rotinas de vendas, compras e gestão financeira da loja;

- Desejável ensino superior completo ou cursando (Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins).
