Senior HR Business Consultant

In den Group Functions unterstützen wir die marktorientierten Geschäftsbereiche mit zentralen Dienstleistungen. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir heute an den Lösungen für morgen und dies in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und stets mit hohen Qualitätsstandards.

Das wirst du tun:

  • Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende ganzheitlich in allen HR-Themen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle beraten und begleiten.
  • Komplexe und sensible HR-Fälle in Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften und globalen HR Kolleg:innen eigenständig steuern.Als Sparringpartner:in organisatorische Veränderungen, personelle Entscheidungen und arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen unterstützen.
  • HR-Kernprozesse wie Performance-, Talent- und Salary Reviews begleiten und die Einhaltung von Richtlinien sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicherstellen.
  • HR-Projekte, Workforce-Planung und Organisationsentwicklung aktiv vorantreiben und Optimierungspotenziale umsetzen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder verwandten Fachrichtungen.
  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner:in oder HR Consultant, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts sowie Erfahrung mit komplexen HR-Fällen und Veränderungsprozessen.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen auf allen Führungsebenen.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität (MS Office, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
