What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs.
- Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent coverage needs.
- Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records, client notes, and service information.
- Partner with recruiting, HR, sales, and operations teams to support staffing needs.
- Monitor attendance, coverage trends, and scheduling accuracy.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of scheduling, customer service, staffing, healthcare, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to prioritize urgent situations and make sound decisions quickly.
Preferred
- Home care, healthcare, senior care, or staffing industry experience.
- Experience coordinating caregiver or employee schedules.
- Knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, and client service operations.
