Comfort Keepers is looking for a caring, organized, and motivated Caregiver Supervisor to join our team!
In this role, you will help ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of in-home care and support. You will work closely with clients and their families, caregivers, referral partners, and our office team to coordinate care, address concerns, and help create positive experiences for the people we serve.

Responsibilities
- Help match caregivers with clients based on their skills, qualifications, and availability.
- Conduct caregiver introductions and supervisory visits.
- Provide hands-on skills training for caregivers in client home or classroom setting.
- Follow up with clients and caregivers regarding service delivery and satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, scheduling staff, and the HR team to coordinate care.
- Conduct client visits and follow up regularly to ensure clients are satisfied with their care.
- Participate in client care conferences and coordinate with community resources and other professionals.
- Track quality assurance activities and help identify opportunities to improve client care.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving care coordination, client satisfaction, and employee performance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and help address client, caregiver, and scheduling needs when necessary.
- Assist other members of the client care team and support office operations as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with coordinating, supervising or scheduling in a healthcare or service setting is preferred.
- Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Aide, or PCT experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Calendar, and ability to learn and use additional software systems.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
