Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie begleiten unsere Teilnehmenden individuell auf ihrem Weg in Arbeit oder Ausbildung. Gemeinsam entwickeln Sie realistische berufliche Perspektiven, stärken Motivation und Eigeninitiative und unterstützen dabei, persönliche Hürden Schritt für Schritt abzubauen.

Dazu gehört insbesondere:

  • individuelle Einzelcoachings mit unseren Teilnehmenden
  • Unterstützung bei beruflicher Orientierung und Bewerbungsstrategie
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche und Arbeitgeberkontakte
  • Unterstützung bei der Nutzung digitaler Bewerbungswege und Angebote der Bundesagentur für Arbeit bzw. des Jobcenters
  • Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Motivation und arbeitsmarktrelevanten Kompetenzen
  • bei Bedarf Begleitung zu Arbeitgebern, Behörden oder anderen Einrichtungen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit sozialpädagogischen Fachkräften, Bedarfsträgern und Netzwerkpartnern
  • Dokumentation der Coachingverläufe und Ergebnisse

Sie arbeiten dabei ressourcenorientiert, verbindlich und mit dem Ziel, die Teilnehmenden nachhaltig an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt heranzuführen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium und bringen mindestens einjährige Berufserfahrung in Coaching, Beratung oder Personalentwicklung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der individuellen Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen, insbesondere in Fragen der Vermittlung in Arbeit, beruflichen Orientierung, Bewerbung oder Arbeitsmarktintegration.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, besitzen Einfühlungsvermögen und können Menschen motivieren sowie bei Veränderungsprozessen professionell begleiten.
  • Sie sind flexibel und aufgeschlossen gegenüber projektübergreifenden Einsätzen.
