Descrição da vaga

Responsável por conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil com as áreas solicitantes até a recomendação de candidatos. Atuará para atrair talentos e proporcionar uma experiência positiva às pessoas candidatas, contribuindo para a formação de equipes alinhadas às necessidades da organização.

Responsabilidades

  • Alinhar com gestores os requisitos, as competências e o perfil das vagas.
  • Elaborar e divulgar anúncios em canais de recrutamento adequados.
  • Pesquisar e identificar candidatos por meio de diferentes fontes e plataformas.
  • Analisar currículos e conduzir entrevistas e etapas de avaliação.
  • Manter contato com candidatos e fornecer informações sobre o andamento do processo.
  • Apresentar recomendações de candidatos às áreas solicitantes.
  • Organizar registros e acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento e seleção.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de atração de talentos e melhoria contínua dos processos seletivos.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência ou conhecimentos em processos de recrutamento e seleção.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e habilidade para conduzir entrevistas.
  • Capacidade de avaliar perfis e alinhar expectativas com diferentes áreas.
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de recrutamento e ferramentas de escritório.
  • Discrição e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações de candidatos.

  • Escuta ativa e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Planejamento e gestão de múltiplas vagas.
  • Postura colaborativa e atenção à experiência da pessoa candidata.
