We are building the best automation company for retail and ecommerce brands. Our mission: increase Earth's GMV.

  • Manifest AI is an agentic builder platform (Agent Studio) that lets brands build their own AI agents without code, across storefront, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and post-purchase. 500+ brands run on it.
  • BIK.ai is a full-stack CRM for D2C brands: helpdesk, marketing automation and an AI agent builder in one.

We went from zero to ~$7M ARR in about three years. We are backed by Y Combinator and Peak XV (formerly Sequoia India), with leadership in New York and the core team in India.

What we look for in everyone: ownership without being asked, speed, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for measurable customer outcomes over activity.

Job Summary

Location - Mumbai / Bengaluru / Delhi NCR, with travel to customer offices

About the Role

You win India's largest D2C and retail brands for BIK and Manifest AI, running full-cycle enterprise deals from first meeting to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a named list of enterprise brands (large D2C, omnichannel retail, marketplaces-plus-D2C) and build pipeline into them.
  • Run the full cycle: discovery, multi-stakeholder mapping (CMO, CX head, CTO, procurement), demos, pilots, commercials and close.
  • Sell outcomes, not features: automation rate, cost per resolution, repeat revenue on WhatsApp, influenced revenue.
  • Use our free CX audit and paid pilots to land accounts, then convert pilots into annual contracts.
  • Work with solutions and pre-sales on scoping, security reviews and custom agent proposals.
  • Build relationships with agencies, Shopify and platform partners, and system integrators that influence enterprise buyers.
  • Forecast accurately in HubSpot every week.

What we are looking for

  • 5-8 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing six- and seven-figure INR enterprise deals.
  • Existing network among India's D2C, retail or ecommerce leadership.
  • Experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and procurement.
  • Strong understanding of CX, marketing automation or WhatsApp commerce in India.
  • Comfortable presenting to CXOs and negotiating commercials independently.
  • Quota-carrying history with numbers you can share (quota, attainment, average deal size).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC or similar).
  • Experience selling in a competitive B2B SaaS landscape, particularly across CX, marketing automation, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.

Success Metrics: First 6 Months

  • Qualified enterprise pipeline built.
  • Pilots started and pilot-to-annual conversion rate.
  • New enterprise ARR closed against quota.
