The posting

We are looking for a Google Workspace Instructor & Implementer to help organizations move to Google Workspace and get real value from it. You will design and deliver training to groups and individuals, and support customers through implementation and adoption.

No prior Google Workspace experience is required. We will teach you the platform during a structured onboarding program. What we need from you is proven training experience, the ability to build a course from scratch, and excellent verbal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Google Workspace training (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat) to end users, managers and IT teams, in person and online.

• Run both group sessions (workshops, webinars, classroom training) and one-on-one coaching, including executive and VIP sessions.

• Build training programs end to end: needs analysis, syllabus, lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises and assessments.

• Create self-service learning materials such as quick-reference guides, short videos, FAQs and onboarding kits.

• Support customers through migration and go-live, including day-one floor support and post-launch Q&A.

• Take part in implementation projects: user onboarding, basic configuration and adoption planning, alongside the technical team.

• Collect feedback and usage signals, and adjust training content to improve adoption.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for customer champions and stakeholders throughout the project.

What we offer

• A structured onboarding program that teaches you Google Workspace, from end-user features to admin basics.

• Support and funding toward official Google certifications.

• Varied work with customers across sectors, mixing classroom delivery, coaching and implementation projects.

• A clear growth path toward Google Workspace consultant, adoption lead or administrator roles.

• A supportive team of cloud and collaboration professionals.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering group training (classes, workshops or webinars).

• Proven experience delivering individual training or coaching.

• Experience building syllabi and training programs, from learning objectives to materials and assessments.

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple language to non-technical audiences.

• Patience, a service mindset and the confidence to manage a room.

• Comfortable learning new software quickly and teaching it to others.

• Fluent Hebrew and good working English (spoken and written).

• Availability to train on customer sites when needed.

Advantages

• Hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace apps.

• Familiarity with the Google Workspace Admin Console (users, groups, organizational units, basic settings).

• Google certification, such as Google Workspace Certification or Associate Google Workspace Administrator.

• Experience with migrations from Microsoft 365 or Exchange to Google Workspace.

• Background in change management or user adoption programs.

• Experience creating e-learning content (short videos, LMS courses, recorded tutorials).

• Previous work in a customer-facing role at an IT integrator, cloud partner or software company.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
