אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת חומרה לתפקיד המשלב עבודה מעשית בפיתוח ובבדיקות, ליווי הנדסי של המעבר מפיתוח לייצור (NPI), והובלה מקצועית של צוות הבדיקות.

התפקיד מתאים למי שרוצה לקחת אחריות על תהליכי הבדיקה, לעבוד בצמוד לצוותי הפיתוח והייצור ולהתפתח לתפקיד מוביל.

תחומי אחריות

  • הובלה מקצועית של צוות הבדיקות, לרבות תיעדוף משימות, הנחיה ומעקב אחר ביצוע.
  • תכנון וביצוע בדיקות חומרה בשלבי הפיתוח והעברה לייצור.
  • איתור וניתוח תקלות חומרה, בשיתוף צוותי החומרה, התוכנה והקושחה.
  • ליווי תהליכי NPI בהיבטי בדיקות, מוכנות החומרה ותמיכה בפתרון בעיות הנדסיות.
  • כתיבה ותחזוקה של מפרטי בדיקות ותיעוד תוצאותיהן.

Requirements

  • לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח חומרה ספרתית.
  • ניסיון בפיתוח חומרה מבוססת מעבדים או מיקרו־בקרים מהירים, כגון STM32H743 או רכיבים מקבילים.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית, פתרון בעיות וניהול מספר משימות במקביל בסביבה דינמית.
  • יחסי אנוש מצוינים, יכולת עבודה בצוות ויכולת להוביל משימות ותהליכים מקצועיים.
