Som vores nye It-supporter i Kokkedal bliver du en del af et velfungerende og engageret team, der altid støtter hinanden. Du får ansvar for mange forskellige support- og driftsopgaver, såvel interne som eksterne. Vi forventer at du har en it-faglig uddannelse som It-supporter eller lignende. Du er positiv, har god forståelse for It, og du motiveres af at finde de bedste løsninger til vores kunder. Struktur og kundeservice er vigtige værdier for dig, og du følger med i udviklingen inden for It-området.

Det bliver din opgave at supportere kollegaer i både Kokkedal, Aarhus og Aalborg samt supportere eksterne kunder via vores hotline og ved onsite besøg. For at få succes i stillingen er du ansvarsbevidst, positiv og proaktiv.

Du arbejder systematisk og struktureret med et godt overblik, og du trives i en afvekslende hverdag med mange bolde i luften, en bred kontaktflade og til tider korte deadlines. Vi opfatter It-teamet som et servicecenter, og derfor er det vigtigt, at du arbejder løsnings- og samarbejdsorienteret med en høj grad af fleksibilitet og omstillingsparathed, som bidrager til vores kunders driftssikkerhed.

Dine kompetencer

  • Du har min. 2-3 års erfaring i Service Desk
  • Du har erfaring med support og drift
  • Indgående kendskab til Microsoft 365-platformen samt Windows og MacOS
  • Du er teknisk stærk og har en god og bred allround viden samt interesse for IT
  • Du er selvstændig, fleksibel og serviceminded
  • Du har høj datadisciplin og forstår at prioritere opgaver
  • Du har gode mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner og behersker dansk i skrift og tale
