Das Unternehmen vereint umfassendes Know-how im Asset Management mit breiter Strukturierungsexpertise und entwickelt daraus sachwertorientierte Fondsprodukte sowie maßgeschneiderte Investmentlösungen in den Bereichen Immobilien und Infrastruktur. Als Leasingdienstleister des Commerzbank-Konzerns bietet die Commerz Leasing zudem bedarfsgerechte Leasingkonzepte. Seit 2025 sind die Asset-Management-Beteiligungen der Commerzbank Gruppe bei der Commerz Real AG gebündelt. Neben den Marken und Produkten der Commerz Real zählen dazu die Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Sachwertinvestments im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur sowie Yellowfin Asset Management als Boutique für liquide Investmentstrategien. Unter dem Dach der Commerz Real AG verwalten insgesamt rund 1.000 Mitarbeitende an rund 20 Standorten Vermögenswerte von rund 55 Milliarden Euro.Die Commerz Real Fundmanagement S.à r.l. (“CRFM“) ist ein Spezialist für die Verwaltung von Alternativen Investmentfonds. Die CRFM trägt hierdurch zum Profil der Commerz Real AG und ihren Konzerngesellschaften (“Commerz Real Gruppe“) als integrierter Investmentdienstleister bei. Die CRFM arrangiert Alternative Investmentfonds, insbesondere für Immobilien, Infrastrukturprojekte, Anlagen zur Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien sowie Großmobilien (wie z.B.: Flugzeuge, Schiffe und Schienenfahrzeuge). Die CRFM ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Commerz Real AG, die ihrerseits eine Tochter der Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutschland, ist.Aufgabe:- Du begleitest das Team bei der Strukturierung und dem Erwerb von Immobilien, nachhaltigen Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Equity oder Private Debt Investmentprodukten- Du erstellst Reportings von Fonds und SPVs nach LUX GAAP oder IFRS- Als Ansprechpartner übernimmst du die Koordination und Steuerung von externen und internen Dienstleistern (z.B.
