Sobre el rol:

Estamos buscando un Data Analyst orientado al detalle que nos ayude a transformar información en bruto en insights accionables para el negocio. Serás la persona de referencia para consultar bases de datos, dar sentido a datos desordenados y construir dashboards que permitan al equipo tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

Lo que harás:

  • Escribir queries SQL complejas y altamente optimizadas para extraer datos de nuestras bases de datos.
  • Procesar, limpiar y analizar datos no estructurados/no formateados para encontrar patrones relevantes.
  • Diseñar y mantener reportes, dashboards y visualizaciones de datos.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders para entender necesidades del negocio y traducirlas en requerimientos de datos.
  • Monitorear la calidad de los datos y solucionar problemas en los pipelines de datos.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Habilidad principal: Dominio avanzado de SQL. Debes sentirte muy cómodo escribiendo queries complejas, joins y subqueries.
  • Manejo de datos: Experiencia comprobable trabajando con datos no estructurados/no formateados (por ejemplo logs JSON en bruto, datos de texto, estructuras NoSQL) y transformándolos en datasets estructurados y utilizables.
  • Mentalidad analítica: Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para traducir datos en insights de negocio fáciles de entender.

Puntos extra (deseables):

  • Experiencia construyendo dashboards y visualizaciones usando Metabase.
  • Familiaridad con datos generados por automatizaciones de WhatsApp (tracking de engagement, métricas de funnel e interacciones de chatbots).
