Les communes de Chippis, Grône et Anniviers recherchent une personne dynamique et consciencieuse pour compléter leur équipe professionnelle et développer leur axe socioéducatif. Elles mettent ainsi au concours un poste en éducation sociale de proximité en faveur des jeunes et des familles de la région.

Educateur social (H/F) à 50%

Votre mission

  • Offrir une présence et favoriser les contacts avec les publics cibles.
  • Offrir une écoute et réceptionner les besoins.
  • Accompagner et soutenir le public cible (accompagnement collectif et individuel).
  • Collaborer dans les démarches et actions menées par les animateurs socio\-culturels.
  • Développer le dispositif de prévention du harcèlement sur les 3 Communes partenaires.
  • Participer aux activités générales de la structure.

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d’un Bachelor en travail social option « éducation sociale », d’un diplôme ES en éducation sociale ou d’une formation équivalente.
  • Au bénéfice d’une expérience significative en travail social hors murs.
  • Connaissance des besoins et du développement de l’enfant et de l’adolescent.
  • Connaissances du tissu social, local et régional.
  • Aptitudes à travailler de manière autonome et indépendante dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Être une personne dynamique, consciencieuse et bienveillante.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, méthodes de travail organisées et esprit d’initiative.
  • Flexibilité dans les horaires irréguliers du travail social.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B obligatoire.
