L-administration communale de Finhaut met au concours un poste d-

Assistant(e) administratif(ve) - 80%

Entrée en fonction : 1er février 2027 Durée : contrat à durée indéterminée

Missions Au sein d-une administration communale à taille humaine, vous assurez les tâches administratives générales, l-accueil des administrés et un soutien transversal aux différents domaines de l-administration.

Vos principales tâches :

  • Accueil au guichet, téléphone, courrier et boîte mail générale ;
  • Correspondance, saisie de données, classement, archivage et facturation ;
  • Soutien administratif aux différents services et projets communaux ;
  • Soutien lors des assemblées, votations et élections ;
  • Soutien ponctuel aux opérations de caisse ;
  • Remplacement et soutien aux collaborateurs selon les besoins du service.

Nous offrons Un poste varié et polyvalent au sein d-une administration communale à taille humaine, avec des tâches diversifiées, une collaboration étroite avec l-équipe administrative et des conditions de travail selon les dispositions applicables au personnel de la Commune de Finhaut.
