Job Summary

Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associates / Sales Designer to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and style in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers to ensure a positive and engaging in-store experience
  • Assess customer requirements to recommend suitable furniture solutions that meet their needs and style preferences
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, benefits, and styling to support informed customer decisions
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations and visualizations to help them envision furniture in their living spaces
  • Process sales transactions accurately and deliver excellent post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment to attract and retain customers
  • Collaborate with the design team to stay informed about new product launches and current design trends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in furniture or home furnishings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Passion for design, interior styling, and attention to detail to enhance customer engagement
  • Solid product knowledge with the ability to provide informed and tailored recommendations
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and design software to support sales and visualization tasks
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to meet retail operational needs
