As part of our commitment to women’s health, we are seeking a Gynecologist/Gynecologic Surgeon to join our collaborative team at Capital Region Women’s Care.

Clinical Scope Our practice offers comprehensive gynecologic care, including but not limited to:

  • In-office procedures such as LEEPs, endometrial ablations, D&Cs, hysteroscopies, biopsies, IUD placements, and cryosurgery
  • On-site medical imaging and lab
  • Advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery with robotic assistance
  • Preventive and diagnostic women’s health services

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Fellowship-trained (or equivalent experience) in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery preferred
  • Strong commitment to advancing women’s health and delivering patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to an innovative environment

Seeking a full scope Obstetrics/Gynecology position? Our sister office Community Care Obstetrics and Gynecology is hiring!

Located within three hours of NYC, Boston and Montreal, Albany is a cosmopolitan area with a small-town feel and beautiful nature. The home of world-renowned companies such as GE Research and Development and Regeneron, along with many colleges and universities (RPI, Union, SUNY Albany, SUNY Nanotech), Albany is an ideal place to live, work and raise a family. Many families relocate to our region for its low cost of living, excellent public schools, proximity to large cities, and vibrant multicultural communities. In addition, the Adirondack Mountains and Hudson Valley are easily accessible for year-round outdoor activities, where you can enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the outdoors in all four seasons in Upstate New York.

Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
