  • Maintain source-control, release, artifact, environment-promotion, and rollback practices.

Reliability, Observability & Cost Management

  • Define and implement monitoring, alerting, logging, capacity, performance, availability, and recovery standards.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex platform incidents and recurring reliability issues.
  • Implement operational dashboards, service-level indicators, runbooks, and on-call support patterns.
  • Analyze platform usage and cost drivers; implement guardrails, tagging, budgets, and optimization recommendations.

Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Lead platform design reviews and provide technical guidance to Platform Engineers and delivery teams.
  • Develop engineering standards, operating procedures, support models, and platform documentation.
  • Embed data governance, lineage, classification, access control, and audit requirements into platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate platform features and emerging technologies, recommending pragmatic adoption paths aligned with business outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
