Compa Accountants is een professioneel accountantskantoor in Roeselare en Moorslede dat ondernemers ondersteunt bij hun boekhouding, fiscaliteit en financieel beheer. Ter versterking van het team in Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder Boekhouding. Zowel ervaren profielen als gemotiveerde juniors zijn welkom!

Takenpakket

  • Zelfstandig voeren van de boekhouding van A tot Z voor een gevarieerd klantenbestand: van het inboeken van facturen en banken tot het voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse rapporteringen.
  • Voorbereiden en (mee) indienen van fiscale aangiften (btw, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting) en bijdragen aan fiscale optimalisaties.
  • Assistentie bij de opstart van ondernemingen: financiële planning, juridische structuur, registratie bij KBO/BTW, enzovoort.
  • Meewerken aan adviestrajecten zoals rentabiliteitsanalyses, bedrijfseconomische optimalisatie en sociaal/arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Actief opvolgen van dossiers, beantwoorden van vragen en meedenken met klanten om een hoogstaande service te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding, accountancy, fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware zoals Silverfin, Exact Online, Yuki of vergelijkbare pakketten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt ervan om dossiers correct en tijdig af te werken.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot werken met nieuwe toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht, zowel met collega's als met klanten.
  • Je bent discreet, neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen.
