The posting

Realiza todas as análises de fretes, análises de inventário, elaboração de indicadores, acompanhamento do e-commerce, relatório de ocupação do estoque e suporte aos gestores.

-Registrar o inventario cíclico do estoque lançando as contagens realizadas pela equipe operacional, conciliando dados e informações com o sistema específico.

-Efetuar análises sobre diferenças de estoque, via sistema, apontando diferenças se houver tendo como objetivo manter a acuracidade do processo de estocagem.

-Em caso de eventuais diferenças ou irregularidades detectadas nas análises dos estoques recorrer à equipe operacional para regularização.

-Preencher planilhas e relatórios diários sobre as atividades do setor, via sistema, para apoiar a liderança na análise destes indicadores.

-Prestar informações á gerencia ou supervisão sobre todas as atividades ligadas a estocagem dos produtos e aos serviços das transportadoras.

-Emissão de documentos ficais.

-Realizar conferência das cobranças de fretes realizados pelas transportadoras, checando com tabelas pré-estabelecidas, garantindo assim que não haja a possibilidade de pagamentos indevidos.

- Agendamento de coletas, contratação de fretes, registros das cobranças de fretes no sistema, para cumprir critérios ou determinações do processo.

-Em caso de eventuais diferenças ou irregularidades detectadas nas conferências, realizar contatos com transportadoras para esclarecimentos ou correção das divergências.

-Preencher planilhas e relatórios diários sobre as atividades do setor, via sistema, para apoiar a liderança na análise destes indicadores.

-Prestar informações á gerencia ou supervisão sobre todas as atividades ligadas aos fretes das transportadoras.

-Análise de tabelas e custos de fretes.

-Criação de indicadores de desempenho (KPI).

-Lançamento de faturas, cadastro de novas transportadores e manutenção dos cadastros no GFE.

-Movimentação de saldos de estoque em sistema conforme demanda.

-Realizar análise de carteira junto ao comercial e PCP, executar liberação de pedidos para faturamento, criação de indicadores, análise de necessidades para faturamento, emissão de relatório de faturamento.

-Controle de ciclos de pedidos e multas de trânsito.
