Was du bei uns bewegen wirst

  • Du analysierst Marktentwicklungen sowie politische Vorstösse im Schweizer Immobilienmarkt und der Hypothekarvergabe als Teil unseres Research-Teams.
  • Du erarbeitest unternehmenseigene Stellungnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertretern unserer Fach- und Geschäftsbereiche.
  • Du konzipierst, erstellst und publizierst fundierte Marktanalysen auf Basis hauseigener Daten sowie repräsentativer Umfragen.
  • Du beantwortest und betreust Medienanfragen souverän als Fachperson.
  • Du baust das Fach-Know-how im Bereich Immobilien und Hypotheken innerhalb unseres Unternehmens kontinuierlich weiter aus.
  • Du überwachst, misst und optimierst die Erfolgs-KPIs deiner Aktivitäten regelmässig.

Was wir dafür von dir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) oder eine fundierte Weiterbildung in Wirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, Kommunikation oder Marketing.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Analyst, Journalist oder Berater mit Fokus auf den Schweizer Immobilienmarkt.
  • Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse in der Marktforschung (Umfragedesign, Datenerhebung und quantitative Auswertung).
  • Ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken, analytische Schärfe und Kreativität gepaart mit einer verlässlichen «Can-do»-Mentalität.
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Organisationstalent sowie starke Service- und Teamorientierung.
  • Belastbares Netzwerk zu relevanten Medienvertretern, Immobilienexperten, Hypothekarinstituten und Branchenakteuren.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch oder weitere Schweizer Landessprachen von Vorteil.
