Unsere Online-Plattform bietet den Usern zudem die Möglichkeit, sich einen einfachen Überblick über alle Versicherungs-policen zu verschaffen und bei Bedarf automatisch über Optimierungsmöglichkeiten informiert zu werden. Was du bei uns bewegen wirst

  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend im Bereich Vorsorge und Pensionsplanung
  • Du analysierst bestehende Vorsorgesituationen und identifizierst Optimierungs- sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Vorsorge- und Pensionierungsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung steuerlicher und finanzieller Aspekte
  • Du begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden bei Fragen rund um Frühpensionierung, Kapitalbezug, Rentenmodelle und Vorsorgelücken
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Versicherungs- und Finanzexpertinnen und -experten zusammen
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsprozesse und Dienstleistungen bei

Was wir dafür von dir erwarten

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung im Bereich berufliche Vorsorge,Altersvorsorge und Finanzplanung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Vorsorgesystems (1., 2. und 3. Säule)
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzplanung, Vorsorge oder Versicherungen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an beratungsintensiven Gesprächen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
