💫 Jouw missie

Als Kelner bij Compass Group ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, opbouw en professionele uitvoering van vergaderingen, evenementen, recepties, diners en andere cateringactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat gasten een uitstekende service ervaren en dat elke bijeenkomst vlekkeloos verloopt.

🎯 Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden en klaarzetten van vergaderzalen, evenementenruimtes en cateringpunten volgens de afgesproken opstellingen.
  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van gasten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Serveren van dranken, snacks, lunches, diners en andere cateringarrangementen.
  • Zorg dragen voor een nette, representatieve en gastvrije omgeving.
  • Controleren van materialen, voorraden en apparatuur en tijdig melden van tekorten.
  • Afbouwen en opruimen van zalen en evenementenruimtes na afloop van activiteiten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van catering en keuken om een optimaal resultaat te bereiken.
  • Naleven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Flexibel inspelen op last-minute wijzigingen en verzoeken van gasten of organisatoren.

🍴 Jouw profiel

  • Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice, bij voorkeur in de horeca of catering.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en klantgerichte vaardigheden, met een vriendelijke en professionele houding.
  • Effectief kunnen werken in een snelwerkende en drukke omgeving.
  • Oog voor detail en aandacht voor presentatie.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
