  • Coordinate with community and social-service partners to promote holistic care and appropriate referrals
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
  • Provide culturally responsive services that honor the unique strengths, needs, and goals of each individual and family
  • Stay current on FEP best practices and participate in required professional development and training
  • Provide licensure supervision, when applicable
  • Deliver services safely and effectively across office, community, client, and field-based settings

  • Build trusting therapeutic relationships and communicate with empathy and cultural humility
  • Are comfortable working independently while also contributing actively to a collaborative team

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
