The posting

Compass Therapeutics, Inc. was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Boston, MA. We are an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing proprietary antibody-based therapeutics to treat multiple diseases. Our robust pipeline currently includes four clinical assets spanning all phases of development, with novel mechanisms of action, and first-in-class or best-in-class potential across multiple tumor types. Our lead clinical-stage asset, tovecimig, has completed a randomized late-stage biliary tract cancer study and we are preparing for a BLA submission. We are now at an exciting inflection point as we build out a commercial organization to support our first product launch. This is a unique and pivotal moment to join us and help make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. For more information, visit www.compasstherapeutics.com.

Our Clinical Development team is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director/Director of Pharmacovigilance (PV) Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of PV operations, including experience supporting the transition from clinical to commercial stage, and will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
