.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenhar e definir a proposta de solução fullstack completa das iniciativas sob sua responsabilidade, do front-end à persistência de dados; Traduzir requisitos de negócio em critérios técnicos objetivos, contemplando requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;Quebrar e detalhar itens de trabalho em histórias detalhadas, com critérios técnicos de aceite e requisitos de desenvolvimento claros o suficiente para execução autônoma pelo time; Mapear e analisar o estado atual das aplicações, registrando débito técnico de forma rastreável e priorizável junto ao time de produtos; Avaliar e propor decisões de arquitetura com registro formal, incluindo alternativas consideradas e critério de escolha, de modo que a decisão continue compreensível ao longo do tempo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência consolidada em desenvolvimento fullstack com React.js e Node.js;Domínio avançado do ecossistema TypeScript e JavaScript;Experiência na definição de padrões técnicos, Design Patterns e disseminação de boas práticas em times de engenharia;Vivência em produtos digitais de alta disponibilidade e sustentação de operação;Experiência prática em arquitetura orientada a eventos e mensageria (Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub ou RabbitMQ);Experiência em nuvem, preferencialmente GCP;Vivência com modelagem, indexação e otimização de consultas em MySQL;Experiência de atuação de testes de ponta a ponta (unitários, integração e e2e);Conhecimento em conteinerização (Docker) e configuração de pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps ou similares);Conhecimento e uso fluente de Git em fluxo colaborativo (Gitflow, PRs e code review).Desejáveis:Experiência na aplicação de Domain-Driven Design (DDD) em contexto de produto;Experiência com observabilidade, rastreabilidade e métricas de saúde de aplicação;Conhecimento em bancos NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase);Vivência em produtos com meios de pagamento, assinaturas ou integrações externas;Experiência com proteção de dados sensíveis e conformidade com LGPD;Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);Experiência em modernização de legados e migrações incrementais;Conhecimentos em PHP e Laravel;Inglês técnico.
