Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in assessing customer-submitted network requirements through a government-provided service ticketing application.
  • Guide the team in providing necessary support to DoD customers for the articulation of their network needs.
  • Direct the design process for ECPs, ensuring that proposed IT infrastructure and network architecture changes are robust, cost-effective, and compliant with existing standards.
  • Manage the development of technical solutions that align with project types defined in the ECP Catalog.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the project team and DoD customers to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and address negative project execution challenges.
  • Ensure regular customer communication, especially regarding hardware-based requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee the creation of project documentation, including Change Requests, ECP Waiver Requests, and Status Reports.
  • Implement project management best practices within the team to meet deliverables’ timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to meet complex project requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a meticulous approach and under tight deadlines.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 5+ years as Lead Project Manager
  • 5+ years in DoD IT environment
  • Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities
  • Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimate reports.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools, including MS Office
  • Proven self-management and team-management skills.
  • Must possess expert managerial, leadership, and communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
