The posting

Healthcare’s helping hand.

CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.

Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

Come join the original company that started the locum tenens industry and help shape how providers find and book their next assignment online! As the Product Manager for our web experience, you will own the roadmap for the web platform that connects healthcare providers with opportunities, including the provider and client funnels, our headless CMS (Storyblok) platform, and the experiments that make both better. You will partner with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, sales, and down-funnel teams to turn ideas into clear specs, ship improvements, and measure the impact on conversion and speed-to-days-worked. You will use AI tools every day and help our team move to Spec Driven Development. This role will need to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships and drive consensus among stakeholders to plan and deliver web releases.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and success metrics for the web platform and the provider and client funnels, and drive the execution needed to hit them
  • Run the A/B testing and CRO program: form hypotheses, read results in Adobe Analytics, and turn learnings into the next round of tests
  • Serve as product owner for the multi-site Storyblok (headless CMS) migration, including AI workflow additions within the platform
  • Write clear, testable specs and user stories using Spec Driven Development; manage the backlog and keep engineering focused on the highest priority work
  • Manage product dependencies on down-funnel systems and lead discovery for new capabilities such as the enterprise job board
  • Combine customer feedback, usability research, and data to set the near-term roadmap and contribute to long-term strategy
  • Engage with your product manager peers across CHG to share knowledge and ensure a holistic end-to-end user experience

Qualifications

  • Technical fluency to write structured specs, work with engineering in sprint ceremonies, and understand API and integration dependencies. You bridge the gap between businessand engineering rather than hand off to it
  • Experience owning an end-to-end acquisition or application funnel with measurablerevenue accountability
  • Active daily use of AI tools in research, discovery, and requirements work, and comfortadopting Spec Driven Development with AI assistance
  • Outstanding data analysis and ability to make data-driven product decisions thatsupport business objectives
  • Strong written communication: your specs are precise, testable, and self-explanatory
  • Highly collaborative, with a team-first attitude; able to align engineering, UX, marketing, and analytics on shared goals
  • Must possess the ability to work across multiple corporate divisions and all levels ofassociates and management to build strategic partnerships

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products.

Preferred

  • Headless CMS experience (Storyblok, Contentful, or equivalent)· A/B testing and CRO program ownership on an enterprise analytics platform
  • Adobe Analyticsexperience is a strong plus
  • React-based frontend product experience
  • Healthcare, staffing, or marketplace platform background, including multi-party user journeys(provider, facility, recruiter)
  • Experience on a team moving to AI-assisted product development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
