Nuestro equipo en Compra Gamer sigue creciendo 🚀 y estamos buscando quien pueda sumarse como Community Manager (especialista en contenido😎) en el equipo de Marketing.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al calendario mensual de contenidos para redes sociales.
  • Publicar, programar y coordinar la salida de contenidos en las diferentes plataformas digitales.
  • Redactar copys y adaptar la comunicación según cada red social.
  • Moderar las comunidades de Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch y Kick.
  • Detectar conversaciones, tendencias, formatos y oportunidades de contenido para compartir con el equipo.
  • Proponer ideas de contenido alineadas a las tendencias, los objetivos de la marca y los intereses de la comunidad.
  • Identificar contenidos evergreen que puedan reutilizarse o adaptarse.
  • Colaborar en la organización y ejecución de sorteos, campañas y acciones especiales en redes sociales.
  • Cubrir eventos, lanzamientos, activaciones y producciones de contenido, generando material en tiempo real.
  • Brindar soporte durante streamings, realizando publicaciones en vivo y acompañando la interacción con la comunidad cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de contenido en la selección de clips e highlights para su distribución en redes sociales.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de métricas, analizando resultados y proponiendo oportunidades de mejora.
  • Monitorear las principales acciones de la competencia y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades, sin perder de vista la identidad de Compra Gamer.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa como Community Manager o en posiciones similares.
  • Formación avanzada en carreras de Marketing, Comunicación, Comercialización o Publicidad
  • Excelente manejo de redes sociales y sus herramientas de gestión.
  • Conocimiento de Meta Business Suite y plataformas de programación de contenidos.
  • Manejo de Canva y herramientas de edición de video (CapCut, Premiere o similares).
  • Disponibilidad para asistir a eventos y producciones presenciales cuando sea necesario.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en marcas de tecnología, gaming o e-commerce.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema gamer y de los principales creadores de contenido de Argentina.
  • Experiencia trabajando con influencers, streamers o campañas de contenido.
  • Interés por la innovación, la inteligencia artificial aplicada al contenido y las nuevas plataformas digitales.
  • Dinamismo y orientación a los resultados
  • Gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo
  • Capacidad de planificación
