Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar IT een belangrijke rol speelt in de dagelijkse werking. Van bedrijfsapplicaties en Microsoft 365 tot infrastructuur en gebruikerssupport: jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat alles vlot blijft draaien.

Je krijgt de kans om je verder te verdiepen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, terwijl je tegelijkertijd betrokken blijft bij de bredere IT-omgeving.

Je hoeft geen Business Central-specialist te zijn. Heb je al ervaring met een ander ERP-systeem en wil je graag bijleren? Dan ben je zeker welkom!

Als IT Officer maak je deel uit van een klein, hecht IT-team. Je combineert applicatiebeheer, ondersteuning van collega's en technische IT-taken.

ERP & bedrijfsapplicaties

  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij vragen over Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central en andere bedrijfsapplicaties.
  • Je verdiept je in de bedrijfsprocessen en leert hoe ERP de verschillende afdelingen ondersteunt.
  • Je analyseert problemen, zoekt oplossingen en werkt samen met interne en externe IT-partners.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen, automatiseringen en efficiëntere processen.
  • Je helpt bij het documenteren van toepassingen en het begeleiden van gebruikers.

IT-support & infrastructuur

  • Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's met IT-vragen.
  • Je ondersteunt en beheert Microsoft 365 en de digitale werkplekomgeving.
  • Je helpt bij het onderhoud van servers, netwerken, hardware en telefonie.
  • Je draagt bij aan back-ups, monitoring en de continuïteit van de IT-omgeving.
  • Je verzorgt IT-onboarding en helpt collega's om nieuwe technologieën optimaal te gebruiken.
  • Je denkt mee over cybersecurity en de verdere professionalisering van IT.

De beoogde taakverdeling ligt rond 70% ERP en applicatiebeheer en 30% algemene IT-support. Zo krijg je de mogelijkheid om je ERP-kennis verder uit te bouwen zonder het contact met andere IT-domeinen te verliezen.

We zoeken geen specialist die uitsluitend met één technologie wil werken, maar een veelzijdige IT-professional met ERP-ervaring, een brede technische interesse en een sterke servicegerichte ingesteldheid.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Welk pakket je kent, is minder belangrijk dan je bereidheid om Business Central te leren.
  • Je hebt een goede algemene basiskennis van IT-systemen, applicaties en netwerken.
  • Je vindt het fijn om collega's verder te helpen en technische problemen op te lossen.
  • Je communiceert helder en kan IT begrijpelijk uitleggen aan niet-technische gebruikers.
  • Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je thuis in een organisatie waar collega's nauw samenwerken.
  • Je zoekt een stabiele functie waarin je je op lange termijn kunt ontwikkelen.
