Det går bra för Computer Sweden Recruitment och nu söker vi fler affärsdrivna rekryteringskonsulter. Med många fina kundsamarbeten och ännu mer på gång söker vi fler kollegor som vill bidra till våra kunders utveckling och tillväxt genom att rekrytera avgörande kompetens inom IT och tech.

Vi söker dig som älskar mötet med människor – kunder, kandidater och kollegor. Du drivs av att bygga relationer, skapa affärer och vara ute där det händer. Du trivs lika bra i kundmöten som på event och nätverksträffar, och du räds inte att lyfta luren när det behövs för att skapa nya möjligheter.

Samtidigt vet du att långsiktig framgång bygger på kvalitet. Vi tror på hållbara relationer, högt förtroende och leveranser som gör att både kunder och kandidater kommer tillbaka.

Din roll

Hos oss driver du hela rekryteringsaffären, från första kunddialog till signerat anställningsavtal.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med kunder och kandidater.
  • Driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål med hög kvalitet och stort engagemang.
  • Skapa nya affärer och utveckla befintliga samarbeten.
  • Arbeta proaktivt med search, sourcing och nätverkande, både digitalt och genom personliga möten.
  • Använda LinkedIn och andra digitala plattformar för att attrahera kandidater samt bygga både ditt eget och Computer Sweden Recruitments varumärke.
  • Delta i kundevent, nätverksträffar och kandidataktiviteter.
  • Bidra med idéer, energi och initiativ till teamets och verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling.

För att passa och trivas hos oss behöver du:

  • Har erfarenhet av IT/tech-rekrytering, gärna från konsult- eller rekryteringsbranschen.
  • Är trygg i kunddialogen och tycker om att skapa affärer.
  • Har ett eget nätverk av kunder och/eller kandidater.
  • Är proaktiv och tar gärna första kontakten.
  • Trivs i sociala sammanhang och gillar event, nätverkande och personliga möten.
  • Ser LinkedIn och digitala plattformar som naturliga verktyg i ditt arbete.
  • Är social, prestigelös och gillar att bidra till teamkänslan på kontoret.
  • Är resultatorienterad, men aldrig på bekostnad av kvalitet, förtroende eller långsiktiga relationer.
  • Uppskattar att tillbringa största delen av din arbetstid på kontoret eller hos din kund.
