About This Role:

Comscore is looking for a Coordinator, Marketing Operations to add execution capacity, depth and continuity to our global Marketing Operations team. Working closely with a U.S.-led team, this role will support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, marketing platforms and data workflows, webinars and events, website publishing, reporting and other recurring operational processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically comfortable, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to build expertise across marketing automation, website operations, campaign execution, analytics and other marketing technologies while developing broad knowledge of the team's core processes and providing dependable backup coverage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including building, QAing, scheduling and deploying emails, landing pages and related campaign assets.
  • Support day-to-day administration and execution within Oracle Eloqua, including campaign setup, lists, segmentation, imports, testing and campaign-response processing.
  • Publish and maintain content on comscore.com using Webflow, including routine updates to product and solution pages, Insights, events, webinars, downloads and other Marketing content.
  • Support client-facing webinars, including registration setup, communications, Zoom administration, dry runs, recordings, follow-up and reporting.
  • Create and manage marketing lists and audience segments and support ongoing database quality, contact preferences and data hygiene.
  • Support lead and inquiry routing and other recurring Marketing Operations workflows.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting across email, website, webinars, campaigns and other Marketing activities.
  • Support event and conference execution, including event pages, communications, registrations, materials, lead processing and post-event activities.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of Marketing and Commercial resources within the company's SharePoint Marketing Resource Hub.
  • Maintain assigned projects, tasks, deadlines and status in Monday.com and work within established Marketing Operations workflows.
  • Document recurring processes and maintain operating procedures to improve consistency, cross-training and business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate recurring Marketing Operations activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Services and other functions to execute priorities and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop broad working knowledge of core Marketing Operations processes to provide backup coverage and reduce single points of failure.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, digital marketing, marketing automation or a related role.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot; Eloqua experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience working with a content management system; Webflow experience is a plus.
  • Experience building and executing email campaigns and managing marketing lists or audience segments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with marketing data and reporting.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across functions and time zones.
  • Ability and willingness to maintain at least five hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing technologies, systems and processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
