  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising technology ecosystems, including programmatic, social, retail media, activation, measurement, analytics, and delivery platforms.
  • Experience influencing senior external partners and aligning internal cross-functional teams around strategic opportunities.
  • Strong financial and commercial judgment, with the ability to evaluate partnership economics, implementation complexity, rights requirements, usage visibility, and margin impact.
  • Experience with digital data ecosystems, including streaming, podcast, creator and social, audience, activation, or consumption data, preferred.
  • Salary: $225–$275K, commensurate with experience

Leadership Profile

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
