Site Supervisor / Senior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily cable installation activities at the construction site.
  2. Lead and manage workers to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
  3. Assign daily tasks and monitor workers' attendance and productivity.
  4. Ensure cable pulling, laying, routing and installation works are carried out properly.
  5. Read and understand construction drawings and site installation plans.
  6. Coordinate with Project Engineers and other contractors onsite activities.
  7. Monitor work quality and ensure installation meets project requirements.
  8. Ensure workers follow workplace safety rules and wear the required PPE.
  9. Report daily site progress, manpower issues and work-related problems to management.
  10. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized working environment.
